Part 1 John Landis Interview at The Filmmakers Tribute Sarasota Film Festival 2010
John Landis was being honored at the 2010 Filmmakers Tribute during The Sarasota Film Festival but had to appear via internet (Skype) because of the volcano eruption preventing him from flying out of England. When I found out he wasn't going to be there in person I was really disappointed didn't even know if I wanted to go. However...it turned out to be one of my favorite events at the film festival...I just loved the interview and I don't think it would have been the same if it wasn't via Skype.
