I thought I'd start sharing my recipes that I throw together of things left in the fridge.
Pizza Crust from Publix uncooked, throw or toss onto a pizza stone pre-heated at 450 Degrees
I pan roasted an entire bulb of Garlic chopped finely with 1 - 2 TBsp Olive Oil
Layer Garlic Mixture
15 year old Balsamic Vinegar lightly, I mean lightly drizzled across pizza crust and garlic
enough Spinach leaves to cover pizza
layer thinly sliced Proscuitto di Parma
a blend of Romano Cheese and Aged Provolone Cheesed grated spread Generously over top
Bake @ 450 on preheated stone for 8-12 minutes (12 for crunchier crust, but keep an eye on it)
Open a Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and have a glass, while you wait for it to finish cooking..
