Luscious Lobster at Lonjevity Cafe for V-Day

In case you haven't heard, Lonjevity Cafe is offering several Valentine's Day specials for a great price including a glass of champagne. It is my personal belief that every Valentine's Day should include my favorite food. Lonjevity Cafe fills the bill with an offering of a whole Maine lobster as one of the entree options. On one of my visits to Lonjevity, Lobster was featured as the dinner special. It was perfectly cooked, moist, and melted in my mouth. I was initially a little reluctant to forego my usual beloved combination of lobster and potatoes for the low glycemic combination that Lonjevity offered of lobster, barley, and sauteed vegetables, but was pleasantly surprised by the new accompaniment. This Valentine's Day, even if you don't have anyone else to love, you can still make sure you love your food!
