Sumptuous Soups at Mozaic

I just had to comment on the sumptuous soups at Mozaic. On my last visit, I hesitated to order the yellow squash and celery soup as the name failed to conjure an image of the exquisite foods I'm accustomed to at Mozaic. I'm delighted I took the plunge! The simple name in no way did justice to the delicious flavors! In fact, time after time I've enjoyed soups where surprise ingredients transform typical soups into nourishing, yet heavenly gourmet versions. So don't let the name fool you, grab a spoon!
