Get Fit Boot Camp

An intense full-body workout in a group setting. The class will focus on cardiovascular and strength endurance. Boot Camp group training works the entire body by moving from one exercise to the next with little to no rest. We also incorporate speed and quickness drills. It’s a lot of fun!

Open to anyone who will be willing to get their heart rate up, have fun, and work hard! All fitness levels encouraged to participate. Please Sign-Up in advance. Thank you.
