Cork’s $4 Bloody Mary Menu and $3 Champagne Cocktails are creative accompaniments to Cork’s new brunch! House-made bloody marys and creative champagne cocktails accompany Chef Thomas Hodgson’s fresh perspective on brunch. Hodgson adds a play of whimsy to breakfast, leaving you knowing that Cork’s brunch is an experience--an entire afternoon deserving the closest of company. Subtle plays on the classics separate this brunch fare from the Sarasota norm: grilled brioche is the basis for an open-faced, “On The Circle” Breakfast Sandwich; locally-farmed produce tops puffed pastry in the CORK Market Quiche, and pomegranate molasses parlays with tradition on steel cut oats.
