ACCESS YOUR INNER ARTIST

 The process of creating art heals. While making art, the subconscious is free to express insight and intuition not readily realized by the conscious mind. In this workshop participants will be guided into meditative states and taken on vision quests to express light and shadow and to draw out their inner wisdom. We will explore the symbolism of shapes and colors and the secret meanings gleaned from intuitive artistic expression. This is beneficial for novice and experience artists alike, as it fosters self-awareness and personal growth.            Instructor: Satya Winkelman, M.A., C.P., is a nationally board certified psychodramatist and  psychotherapist with art therapy training. During her 30-year career, she has served as a communication and creativity coach for Fortune 500 companies, throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. She held the position of staff trainer and Program Director for Kripalu Holistic Health Center, Lenox, Massachusetts.
