Remember those great kickball games from your childhood? Well, gather your friends, register to play, and bring your friends and family to come out and play for Sarasota's 1st Kickball Fundraiser! This is a great way to support Sarasota’s most vulnerable children and help fight against child abuse.

“Play Like A Child Again” is the theme for Advanced Physical Therapy & Wellness’s Kickball Fundraiser scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the 17th Street Park Softball Complex from 9am until noon. All proceeds will benefit the Child Protection Center, Inc.

Player registration forms and sponsor forms are now available at www.ahs-physicaltherapy.com. The registration fee is $25 and a $50 minimum pledge is required. All players must be 16 years old & up. Prizes will be awarded to the individual and the team that raise the most money.

Cliff Roles (actor & radio personality) and China Smith (former NBA Heavyweight Champ) will be the Celebrity Umpires and ABC 7’s Michelle Rieg will be the Celebrity Sports Commentator.

Advanced Physical Therapy & Wellness is independently-owned by Kitty Devine, DPT, MPH, with four locations serving Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.

Child Protection Center’s mission is Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment. The Child Protection Center is the only organization in the community dedicated solely to the issue of child abuse. For more information, go to www.CPCsarasota.org

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Oct. 2nd
