- I am a visual artist: http://www.lucybarber.com. I came to Sarasota to teach at the Ringling College of Art & Design and I decided to stay in Sarasota, because I love it here. I continue to teach at college level, teach adults and lovers of art-making, and teach workshops. I've been exhibiting my artwork since 1989, nationally and abroad. I'm now learning all kinds of exciting ways to use Photoshop with my creative work.
