About Me: After a wonderful career in the world of business, I now love my new life in the world of the arts. I design and make one-of-a-kind beaded jewelry.

Interests and Hobbies: travel, arts, music, reading, outdoor activies in the Florida lifestyle, vintage jewelry and clothing

Occupation: jewelry designer and business consultant too so that both sides of my brain keep working

Favorite Movies, TV?: Anything I have not watched yet, which is a lot, because I am generally too busy to either go to movies or watch TV so it is a treat when I do!

Favorite Books?: Historical books, including biographies and autobiographies, however when I am on the road and kicking back after work, give me an old fashioned murder mystery with lots of twists and a great plot.

Favorite Websites?: My own on etsy of course ~~~ mppdesigns.etsy.com ~~~
After that, some of my favorites are ones the fashion magazines have now, such as more.com with so much more than fashion. These web sites really have become a community. I also like the various social networking sites and visit many of them.

Favorite place to eat?: A toss up between San Francisco, CA and Venice, Italy

Favorite place to go?: New York City for business and for pleasure...I never get tired of it!

What are your favorite name brands of clothing?: St. John Knits, Escada, Liz Claiborne, Dana Bushman and all of the golf clothes made by every designer are the best thing I have found to wear on an everyday basis here in Florida. I am happier when I can wear lots of bright colors, no matter who makes the clothes.

Shoes?: Mostly, I have not found a shoe I do not like, which a glimpse into my closet will prove. The only exception is that I refuse to wear flip flops.

Purses and Accessories?: Elaine Gold scarves, Dooney and Bourke purses, Coach purses, jewelry mostly my own plus the many vintage pieces I have collected to wesr.

What is your must have for your closet?: Must have lots of space, including special places for accessories such as my shoes
