About Me: Being active all my life, I found it to be very natural to be a Personal Trainer. I found myself motivated to help others in fitness and nutrition. In Sarasota we have a substantial aging population. Fitness is not just for the young, but for the young at heart as well.

Interests and Hobbies: Skiing, boating, bike riding and walking on the beach.
