A picture is worth a thousand words - or a life. My wonderful, effervecent, fabulous sister suffers an incurable disease called FMD. I won't try to explain the condition to everybody, but one of the symptems is horrific migraines that are completely debilitating and last for not just hours, but days. She has been fighting with her health insurance company for months for a life preserving surgery while her health deteriorates. Her children took a picture of her during a migraine and her son, Aiden, suggested that they send it to her Dr.s so that maybe they would "help Mommy". I'm in tears as I write this -her surgery is scheduled for 10:30 tomorrow morning... I have posted the photos.
