Buddy Up
Train with a friend for one hourly price (usually only slightly higher) and split the cost!
Boot Camps and Fitness Camps
Train with others in a small group setting of 6-10 people. This way you are dividing the cost and yet maintaining a small group personal training session.
Mix it Up
Book three initial training sessions one-on-one to develop a routine you can follow and then check back with your trainer at the beginning of each month for a new program!
