You are exercising but still not losing weight? Most likely you will need to change your eating habits.
Try following the Clean Eating Principles below for two weeks and let me know if you see a change in the way you look and feel!
1) Eat 5-6 small meals every day
2) Combine lean protein with complex carbs at every meal
3) Drink at least 8 cups of water every day
4) Never miss a meal especially breakfast
5) Carry a cooler with Eat-Clean foods to get through the day
6) Avoid all over-processed, refined foods, especially white flour and sugar.
7) Avoid saturated and trans fats
8) Avoid sugar-loaded sodas and juices
9) Consume adequate healthy fats (EFA's) every day
10) Avoid alcohol
11) Depend on fresh fruits and vegetables for fiber, vitamins and enzymes
12) Stick to proper portion sizes
