Here is the latest news on our Weight Loss Challenge Participants:
Since starting the challenge on October 12th the women have had very positive results!
The most impressive being the loss of inches and body fat!
The group as a whole has lost a total of 25 inches in the past three weeks. (that's 5" per person} primarily from their waist and hips.
They also have dropped an average of 4% of their body fat in the first three weeks.
To give you an example of how quickly inches can add up think of it this way:
If each contestant loses 1" a week off their waist and 1" of their hips in 12 weeks they will have lost 24'.
They are also learning the benefits of making healthy food choices and working out regularly. Not only are they getting stronger and burning fat they feel better about themselves on the inside.
Doing something that is good for you is very empowering! These women are strong and are quickly realizing that they can do more than they ever thought was possible both in and out of the gym!
I am proud to get to know each and every one of them as I guide them through this journey.
