Small plates are the new fad, so what? Most restaurants have them and at times, they're undistinguishable from a regular appetizer. Yes they're popular but what does that really mean? For me, when I'm dining, I'm looking for the edge. The edge that separates good food from great. You can go out and eat anywhere, that novelty is over. When I heard about Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Small Plates I was instantly intrigued. What does a refined steakhouse know about Tapas? To my surprise...everything. Fleming's Small Plates are the epitome of what they should be, a smaller portion of a larger idea, tasting several entrées at once without an over indulged sour stomach. Fleming's thought about what it meant to present something like this and stopped at nothing to deliver a handsome option. Their small plates embody such finesse and a delicate hand.
