Spain conquers once again with a special five-course wine dinner at Michael’s On East. A marvelous “Made in Spain” Wine Dinner with special guest: Jorge Ordonez, on Friday, July 9th at 7 pm, in Michael’s Wine Cellar.


Jorge Ordonez, an aficionado of Spanish wines travels the Spanish country side in search of discovering family-owned wineries with a deep passion for winemaking. Beginning in 1987, Ordeonez rediscovered varietals like Garnacha, Monastrell, Albarino, Muscatel, Verdejo in formerly backwater but now fashionable wine regions like Jumilla, Campo de Borja and Calatayud.


There is nothing ordinary about this wine dinner, imagine walking into a magical wine cellar illuminated by candlelight, and an immediate sense of something extraordinary is in the works. Chef Al Massa has created an authentic European Spanish five-course wine dinner to bring out the colorful and delicious ingredients found in this amazing cuisine.
