Go to the website: http://www.nutritiondata.com. Start your introduction by typing in the first food that comes to mind. Let's say green beans. Up pops a complete nutritional breakdown that includes vitamins, minerals and fats. You'll also find a variety of insightful charts detailing caloric content, anti-inflammatory actions, protein quality and overall nutritional balance.
