Life has been very busy the last few months. The weight loss is going great. I had to miss a couple of weeks working out but I am back to it again. It feels so good to be in the pool working out. How have you been? I am glad to see you got the friends option working.

Thak you for the email. I heard about your site from my friends at Backyard Get aways. I dont mind that there is'nt much guy stuff most of my cutomers are female. I run a Survival class just for women, also I do alot of work with at home schoolers and stay at home moms.
