I did not realize how debilitating it is until I experienced it with my mother. It not only changed her life, it changed mine as well. The weird thing is, is that so many people I know are going through this. It might be because I am getting older and these things just happen.

Thank you for agreeing to do this. I hope you are feeling well. We are going to be doing some special things for you because you deserve it! If you are feeling well, come to our Meet and Eat Lunch at Lonjevity on Wednesday so that members can meet other WQ members. It is only $6!
