Foxy Foodies is created out of my own love of the creativity of food and dining. Like a bored lover, I eternally quest for the thrill that only a new dish can inspire. My belief in love at first sight is affirmed by a chef’s presentation. Like the smell of new skin, the aromas are pheromones to my palate. The first touch against my taste buds ignites a newfound passion as I voice the sounds of ecstasy. Ahhh…it is love.

This blog is for those of you who share my passion. Here you will find my most recent dining infatuations—candid details of my restaurant encounters. After all, one of life’s greatest joys is being served. You’ll hear about the newest “it” restaurants in the area as well some of the established hidden gems you may have overlooked. This blog will also be a place to share favorite recipes---yours and mine. You’ll hear about the best places to find recipes, my experiences with food, the latest restaurant news, and local food and wine events. Come share your love of food with me. After all, food tastes better when shared…so let us not dine alone.

Being "served" is the best part of "fooding" and of all the things I LOVE to make, it is reservations!

There is a site called Meetup.com; I am the organizer for a local group called 'Dining Out- Going Out SRQ'. Check it out sometime. We love to dine out, and in particular, we look for out of the way places. Very friendly group of men and women - some are single, some are attached, some come stag, some come drag. We welcome all.
