My Holiday Weightloss Challenge

Wow - I am happy to report that I did not gain weight during the Thanksgiving-Christmas weeks, I managed to exercise and lose a few pounds! Week Three Weight Loss Challenge

Day One Week Three



It truly is amazing how much better I feel after two weeks of eating healthy and exercising more than I have in years! I have more energy, fall asleep faster and wake up easier :) Amazing! I have tried before but never succeeded in establishing my health and well being as the top priority.
