Wow - I am happy to report that I did not gain weight during the Thanksgiving-Christmas weeks, I managed to exercise and lose a few pounds! I believe kickstarting the process with Patti's fat shredder meal plan and starting an exercise program before the holidays was key. I actually missed exercising on the days I was unable to find time and instead of mindless emotional eating, I thoughtfully considered my choices. Now I did indulge and would be further toward my goal if I hadn't but I believe that I my emotional eating habits have changed and I have reprogrammed the reward center in my brain! Real food is soooo much better and the energy I now have from exercising - amazing! Thanks Patti and WQmag :)
