Day One Week Three
It truly is amazing how much better I feel after two weeks of eating healthy and exercising more than I have in years! I have more energy, fall asleep faster and wake up easier :) Amazing! I have tried before but never succeeded in establishing my health and well being as the top priority. My perseverance this time around is absolutely due to Patti Linn and the support of my fellow weight loss challenge gals.
So, I am ready for week 3 and predict by the end of week 4 I will be wearing the pants I tried on yesterday that wouldn't button (even if I sucked waaaayyy in)!
