In order to be successful at weight loss, weight gain or whatever your fitness goal may be, you have to learn to pack snacks. Bringing healthy snacks to work and while on the road limits the temptation to veer off toward the danger zone of chips, cookies, cokes, etc. Purchase a small cooler and name it...it is now your best friend.

-Vegetables
-Almonds
-Yogurt
-String Cheese
-Meal Replacement Bar (Clif, Pro Bar, Kind, etc.)
-Meal Replacement Shake
-Don't forget your water!
