This may sound like too much to take on. Make it simple to do and easy to work into your life.
So much of the work one needs to do is to get one to develop a positive relationship with ones self. From the start respect the words you speak to yourself. Then begin to develop a relationship with your guiding, positive, inner voice. As you proceeded you will build on these areas and also begin to promote self-love which will result in one meeting the goals you have set for yourself in every area of your life.
