Do you reckon that consuming dairy products affects weight gain?

The popular ad campaign that states milk helps us lose weight is FALSE! No wonder everyone in America is confused about what to eat! People often think that they are safe if they drink non-fat skim milk for the calcium. All dairy products have LACTOSE even if they are fat free products. Lactose is the sugar naturally found in the milk of all mammals, but is not found anywhere else in nature. Our body cannot absorb lactose because the molecule is too large to pass through the small intestinal wall and enter our blood stream. Lactose is sugar. Sugar turns into fat. Extra fat that we do not need! If you are worried about calcium, eat some broccoli! One cup of cooked broccoli contains 74 mg of calcium, plus 123 mg of vitamin C.
