Almost everybody knows about the dangers of having high blood pressure. When people have low blood pressure they may assume that it is a good thing. Not necessarily so. Unfortunately, if you have low blood pressure and are eating correctly you must consume some extra salt. Extra salt consumption is not conducive to losing weight so this means that you will have to be extra diligent on your diet. I believe that often people are attracted to certain foods because of internal imbalance. The same can be said for people who have low blood sugar episodes or for those who are inclined to reach for high sugar snacks. People crave sugar often when they skip meals and their blood sugar takes a dive. The body tells the brain it needs sugar NOW in order to bring blood sugar back to normal. The response is usually to reach for bad carbohydrates and high sugar snacks. The solution to this is to eat the correct foods frequently to maintain proper blood sugar levels. If you do this it may surprise you that your sugar cravings become far less and may even go away completely.
