With flavors of melon and mint, this chilled soup can be made in minutes. It's a refreshing first course for a summer dinner.

1 cantaloupe
1 small container Greek yogurt
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. honey or agave (use more if cantaloupe isn't very sweet)
2 Tbsp. mint (more or less to taste)
dash of cinnamon

Scoop the cantaloupe meat from the shell and put in blender with yogurt, juices and honey. Blend until smooth. Add mint and pulse once or twice. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill soup before serving. Add fruits like blueberries or strawberries for additional flavor.
