I initially wanted to finish that title with eleven to go, but I have come to realize that isn't true. One week down and a lifetime to go. Making some small changes make a HUGE difference. When I went to weigh in this morning, I knew I had lost weight. I was trying not to get to overly optimistic so I wouldn't be disappointed and get discouraged.
