Make Relationships Last

Posted on August 9, 2010 at 10:38am 1 Comment

Is he the ONE? How do you know? How much do you have to know to be sure? Is marriage a possibility?

In my newly revised book, Make Relationships Last: A Man's View (available on amazon) I cover attraction, intimacy, soul mates, chemistry, long distance relationships, and a provocative Q and A that helps understand many gender based issues. Opportunity knocks!

The Value of Communication can't be taken for granted. It is way more than saying what you have to say. Is anybody listening? How would you know if people understood what you were trying to communicate to them? Wouldn't they need to indicate somehow that they got it? I have heard friends quickly say, "know what I mean", but not wait to find out!

What is your role as the receiver? You hear what is said, but now the question is did you hear what you wanted to hear, or did you…

Positioning for the Recovery

Posted on August 7, 2009 at 7:10am 2 Comments

Maybe the economy is getting a little better. I know many people who have had to scramble to keep above water. So there will be a recovery and jobs and real estate sales will improve. While there is still less business, this is a good time to look ahead and think of ways you can position your business for the recovery. I'd like to hear what some of your are thinking about this idea. Here is a real life example.

One of my (4) sons has a kitchen countertop business in Harrisburg, PA.… Continue
