Tell Yourself To Get Out Of The Way - What You Can Do To Acheive Your Fitness Goals

We all have set fitness and health goals in the past. The problem is that for some reason we never seem to achieve those goals. Why is that?



People by nature are lazy. We want instant gratification for everything! Unfortunately when it comes to fitness there is NO instant gratification.
