This Week's Recipe: Cantaloupe Soup

With flavors of melon and mint, this chilled soup can be made in minutes. It's a refreshing first course for a summer dinner.



1 cantaloupe

1 small container Greek yogurt

juice of 1 orange

juice of 1 lime

1 tsp. honey or agave (use more if cantaloupe isn't very sweet)
