Lingerie suggests fashionable and attractive women's undergarments. It derives from the French word linge, which means "washables". Whereas the term in the French language stands for to all undergarments for either gender, in English it refers to particularly to those women's undergarments designed to be visually appealing or erotic. These lingeries are made of different materials such as Lycra, nylon (nylon tricot), polyester, satin, lace and/or silk…

His charm, good looks and sociable canine demeanor are all you need to lock in a hot date. It’s not that you’re not a catch too. So often I hear of the businesses that are down-sizing, right-sizing or simply closing because of the economy. "There just isn't enough business out there."
Hog wash...Now there may not be as much as business in the same places as there was two years ago, and some businesses will go under. For some the only reason they were OK before is that there was soooo much business even if you didn't provide a good return on investment, even if your service wasn't that great or your product was…

Health Paradigms
We get stuck in our health’s’ culture, paradigms and patterns and want to change.
Even though we want change, we keep doing the same thing.
Even when we know we are doing the wrong thing, we keep doing it.
Even when we agree to change, we don’t follow through.
Even when we commit, to a program or plan, we may not follow the advice.
Why?
Don’t get mad or disappointed in yourself.

"No" is the correct answer.
Unfortunately "Yes" is too simple and easy. If that were true, all of us would have the bodies we want!
If you think that 2,000 calories from chicken breast, potatoes, and broccoli are equal to 2000 calories of doughnuts, Moon Pies, Oreo’s, Twinkies and Butter Cups, you are mistaken.
These foods metabolize very differently inside your body. The high sugar content in the fat infused foods will cause a sugar spike, which will result…

All too often, people say mean or hurtful words and then dismiss them later. "I was angry" "I was just having a bad day" or the proverbial "I was just PMSing" are all excuses people give for words they regret in hindsight. It is not acceptable to say words that hurt someone you care about in the heat of the moment and then fail to take responsibility for it. Words can cause a lot of pain, and often the very words that cause the most pain weren’t ever meant to be said.
So before you…

There is no question that our economy is depressed at this time. I think the following facts about the role of women in U.S. economic arena are relevant and interesting. Read, learn and I hope you are amazed by the powerful and important role we have:
Did you know that:
1. Three in ten working women make all or almost all of their family’s income?
2. Women are responsible for at least 83% of all consumer purchases?
3. Women are major players in…

Standing by a table of guests at a recent wedding, I just couldn't help but overhear their conversation. "Which bread plate is mine?" “Is that your water glass or mine”?
It's okay to admit that you get anxious when you see a plethora of stemware on the table…and there’s nothing wrong with confessing that you're not sure where to put your bread!
Figuring out which water goblet is yours could be one of the first decisions you would be required to make as oftentimes, napkins…

If you're like me, you've tried a myriad of hair colors, styles and treatments to tackle the frizzes, unruly curls and the voluminous nature of Florida's heat and humidity -- with maybe temporary success but not much lasting result. Enter Keratin Smoothing Treatment, which I had my first (and subsequent 2nd and 3rd) at Yellow Strawberry Hair Salon in Sarasota (there's also another one in Lakewood Ranch, same partners). It was the first certified salon in the area, and I emphasize certified, as…

When you look at a cup, you know that you can hold liquids in it and the liquid will satisfy your thirst. You know that because you have learned that. As a baby you had no idea what a cup was and would have thrown it around as a ball or smashed it or heaven knows what.

The first time I went to Big Sugar about 9 months ago and It was OK. I gave them a second chance a couple months ago and recently had dinner there and I was blown away. The food is fantastic, the presentation gorgeous and the service was excellent. I encourage you to try Big Sugar soon. In season they are open for lunch too, WQ Mag could meet there for the lunch networking, it would be great.
