Where are the clowns?

Why are we so serious when we become mothers?

Is it because we have no sleep, no breaks, never ending housework and chores, no or very little praise and acknowledgement, no vacations, no bonuses or raises or salaries for that matter and we never seem to get caught up with everything ever? Hmm, seems like those could be some of the reasons.

Mamma Comes First!

"School is starting next week! Whoohooooo!"



That is what I am hearing from every mother that I meet at the moment. You can feel the euphoria spreading down the aisles of Publix, where you see mothers skipping with a light step. At Staples, where the parents are buying school supplies with a little giggle under their breathe. Saving Moms, One Mom At a Time!

Whenever someone asks a Mom how she is, the answer is always, "Fine"! That answer ia always accompanied by a smile as well. Focus On The Positive!

Feeling The Love!

Feeling the love within us can be quite a task at times.

We Moms get so caught up in getting our daily chores and duties done that we have no time for feeling the love that is within us.

As a Life Coach for mothers I work with a lot of wonderful clients and my ideal clients are mothers who are "ready" to empower themselves and create positive changes in their lives.
