Ferrets in Florida

There is a gentleman by the name of Ray Darby. He recently opened up a rescue (collaborating with me) in Palm Beach County. He is a disabled veteran who had time on his hands and love for ferrets.

This recipe from Scott Nuss's Eat for Health beginner class is a delicious raw tomato sauce loaded with vitamins and nutrients that is so simple and quick to make.
